Any information shared with us by telephone is recorded manually by a Pill Festival Band administrator for the sole purpose of following up your enquiry.

We embed Google Maps on our website to help visitors find our rehearsal venue. When you interact with a Google Maps embed, Google may collect data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not control or have access to this data. You can review Google’s privacy policy at google.com/privacy.

Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or tracking tools on this website. We do not track your visit or collect any data about how you use this site.

Cookies

The only cookies on this website are those introduced by the Google Maps embed. We do not set any cookies of our own. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Follow up on a sponsorship discussion if you have requested this
  • Make arrangements if you are booking us for an event

We will not use your information for marketing purposes, add you to any mailing list, or share your details with any third party.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact information only for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry. Once your enquiry is resolved we will not retain your personal details unless there is an ongoing relationship – for example if you become a band member.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you
  • Request that we correct or delete your data
  • Object to how we use your data

To exercise any of these rights please contact the band secretary using the details above. We will respond within 30 days.
